Services for business owners & small teams

Help customers find their way.
Help your team work clearly.

I help business owners and teams make information clearer, customer interactions easier, and everyday processes more organized. Start with one service or combine them into a custom project; you don’t need to purchase the introductory review first.

01 / The customer’s path through your website

Customer Information Review

$79 introductory pilot

For visitors who need a clearer picture of your offering and an easier route to the next step.

Can people find what they need to do business with you?

I review up to three public website pages from a customer’s perspective:

  • Can visitors understand what you offer and the options available?
  • Can they find prices or quote instructions, policies, contact details, and booking information?
  • Do navigation labels, links, and next steps make sense?
  • Is important information missing, inconsistent, or difficult to find?

What you receive

  • Up to five prioritized recommendations, with ready-to-use wording where relevant. Within that limit, suggestions can address labels, information placement, and the customer’s path through the pages.
  • Up to five related customer reply examples where useful.
  • One revision.

A focused customer-information review, rather than a full UX audit or usability research project. Redesign and technical accessibility certification are outside the package. You or your website administrator implement changes; website implementation is separately scoped. You confirm business facts and policies.

02 / A specific piece of business writing

Business Writing & Editing

Custom quote

For a message or document that needs clearer meaning, useful structure, and a consistent tone.

Make the important point easier to understand and act on.

I help write or refine customer emails, website copy, announcements, FAQs, reports, and internal documents, using your brief and source information.

The work can range from copyediting for accuracy and consistency in the language, to line editing for flow and tone, to substantive editing for structure and missing information.

Deliverable: the agreed draft or edited document, with comments or questions where useful. We confirm the material, level of work, revision scope, timing, and price before starting.

You remain responsible for confirming specialized facts and business commitments.

03 / Questions that come up repeatedly

Reusable Reply Templates

Custom quote

For a team that needs a consistent starting point for recurring customer questions.

Build a response library your team can use.

I create a reusable set of replies from your common questions and approved information, with guidance on where to personalize, ask for details, or choose a different response.

Deliverable: an organized template library for the topics we agree to cover, plus personalization notes. We agree on the number of templates and revision scope before work begins.

Choose Business Writing & Editing for an individual message or document; choose this service for a set of repeat-use responses. The $79 review includes only the reply examples related to that review.

04 / Instructions and repeated work

Workflow & Document Cleanup

Custom quote

For information that exists but is scattered, hard to follow, or difficult to hand over.

Give existing information a useful structure.

I organize instructions, notes, and repeated tasks into practical process documents, checklists, or simple tracking tools, with attention to sequence, responsibilities, and gaps that need an answer.

Deliverable: a document or tool for the agreed workflow, with questions flagged for your confirmation. We define the process, format, and revision scope together.

The focus is organizing how the work is explained and followed. Software migration and custom software development are outside this offer.

Communication & operations together

Have something bigger in mind?

Custom quote

You can hire me for a larger, customized project without purchasing the $79 review first.

Tell me about your business problem →

Not every business challenge fits a predefined service. We can combine communication, customer experience, documentation, and operational organization around the problem you need to solve.

For example, we could:

  • Align your website information, customer reply templates, and staff reference materials so they use consistent information.
  • Turn scattered operational instructions into a usable process guide, checklist, and reusable communications.
  • Clarify customer onboarding information alongside the internal procedures your team uses to support new customers.

These are project possibilities, not additional packages. We agree on the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timing, and quote before work begins. Any website implementation is separately scoped.

How it works

A clear brief.
